Rauma Gammelserie 2-ply means the ‘old series’. Gammel Series 2-thread is slightly stronger twisted than Rauma’s 2-thread Finull PT2, making it very suitable for socks, among other things. Gammelserie is also used for Bunadstromper(Norwegian costume stockings) and for Selbustrikk: knitting of original Norwegian mittens, gloves, hats, scarves and stockings.
