Do you want to return products? You can. Within fourteen days of receipt, you can return a product without giving reasons, provided it is undamaged. Please email info@wolinhuis.nl to register your return.

Did you order too much wool for your project? Within 2 months of your purchase, you may return balls of wool. Then send an e-mail to info@wolinhuis with the purchase date, or order number and the number and kind you want to return. Please see the Terms and Conditions for full details on the right of return.
